Journal of Sustainable Islamic Tourism (JSIT) is a peer reviewed academic journal that focuses on the development, management, and sustainability of Islamic tourism in contemporary global contexts. The journal provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to publish original research and scholarly discussions related to halal tourism, sustainable destination management, Islamic hospitality, and responsible tourism practices.

The journal welcomes high quality manuscripts in areas including Islamic tourism management, halal hospitality, Muslim friendly destinations, sustainable tourism development, tourism economics, cultural heritage tourism, religious tourism, ecotourism, tourism policy, destination branding, digital tourism, community based tourism, tourism marketing, service quality, tourism behavior, and environmental sustainability in tourism industries. The journal also encourages studies that examine the integration of Islamic values, ethics, and socio cultural principles within tourism planning and management.

The manuscript must be original research, written in English or Indonesian, and not be simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
