Journal of Food Science, Technology, and Agroindustry (JFSTA) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing knowledge and innovation in food science, food technology, and agroindustrial development. The journal serves as a platform for researchers, academics, industry practitioners, policymakers, and professionals to disseminate high-quality scientific findings that contribute to sustainable food systems, value-added agricultural products, and technological advancement in the agroindustry sector.

The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, case studies, and short communications covering a broad range of topics, including food chemistry, food microbiology, food processing and preservation, food quality and safety, functional foods, nutrition, postharvest technology, agricultural product engineering, agroindustrial management, biotechnology applications in food production, supply chain and logistics, sustainable agroindustry practices, circular economy approaches, and emerging technologies in the food sector.

The manuscript must be original research, written in English or Indonesian, and not be simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
