This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of an Islamic Scientific Inquiry-based virtual laboratory media on the chemistry learning outcomes of eleventh-grade students at MA NWDI Pancor, East Lombok. The study was motivated by low student engagement in conventional chemistry practicum activities and limited laboratory facilities that affect students’ conceptual understanding of chemistry in scientific and contextual learning processes. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of eleventh-grade students divided into experimental and control groups. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, classroom observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved normality tests, homogeneity tests, and independent sample t-tests. The findings indicate that the implementation of an Islamic Scientific Inquiry-based virtual laboratory significantly improved students’ chemistry learning outcomes compared to conventional learning methods. The integration of scientific inquiry and Islamic values enhanced students’ analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and active participation during the learning process. This study contributes to the development of technology-based chemistry learning models integrated with Islamic values that are responsive to the demands of twenty-first-century learning in Islamic senior high schools.
