The development of digital payment systems has accelerated the transformation of MSME economic activities in Indonesia, particularly through the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). This study aims to analyze the effect of QRIS usage on increasing sales volume among fashion MSMEs in East Lombok Regency and to examine its implications from the perspective of digital economic law. This research employed an empirical legal method with a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation involving fashion MSME actors who had implemented QRIS in their business transactions. The findings demonstrate that QRIS usage positively affects sales volume by facilitating transactions, accelerating payment processes, expanding consumer reach, and improving transaction management efficiency. Furthermore, the implementation of QRIS strengthens transparency and legal certainty in electronic transactions because all payment activities are digitally recorded and integrated into the national payment system. This study argues that QRIS functions not only as a digital payment instrument but also as a mechanism for strengthening digital economic law governance within the MSME sector. The study contributes academically to the development of digital economic law studies, particularly regarding the relationship between electronic payment regulation, consumer protection, and MSME business performance at the local level.
