The development of artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed the production, distribution, and consumption of Islamic da’wah content within digital spaces. This phenomenon has generated new patterns in Islamic communication practices, particularly among Muslim digital creators who utilize AI to produce fast, personalized, and algorithm-driven religious content. This study aims to analyze the forms of AI utilization in Islamic da’wah content production, its ethical implications, and its influence on religious authority and digital da’wah communication. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research methods through the examination of scholarly articles, academic journals, and relevant publications on digital da’wah and artificial intelligence. Data were analyzed using content analysis and an interpretive approach toward the transformation of Islamic communication in digital media. The findings demonstrate that AI is utilized for sermon script generation, visual content design, short-video production, audience behavior analysis, and optimization of content distribution through digital platform algorithms. The use of AI increases the effectiveness of da’wah dissemination; however, it also raises legal and ethical concerns regarding religious authority, the accuracy of Islamic messages, algorithmic manipulation, and the commodification of digital da’wah. This study contributes to the development of Islamic law and digital communication studies by emphasizing the importance of integrating da’wah ethics, digital literacy, and maqāṣid sharī‘ah principles in the use of AI by Muslim digital creators.
